Fail to Plan....Plan to Fail

With hurricane Florence bearing down on the east coast this week, we are reminded that mother nature is unpredictable. The experts can only narrow the path of the hurricane down to about 100 possibilities. At Capital A Productions working outdoors is a huge part of our business. While we can no more predict the weather better than anyone else, we can however have a plan in place in case something happens. Naturally the plan for a hurricane would be to cancel the event. Lightning and rain is a different story. Below is a chart detailing our Severe Weather Protocol. We use this to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and event attendees. Having a plan in place ensures no panic will occur when the weather suddenly changes.
